Return, Refund, & Replacement Policy

EarthSpoke Farms is a small, family-owned farm, and many of the products we sell—particularly dahlia tubers—are living, seasonal agricultural products. This policy explains when returns, refunds, or replacements may be offered and sets clear expectations for our customers.


 

General Policy Overview

We take great care in growing, harvesting, and packing our products, and we want every customer to feel confident purchasing from our farm. Because of the nature of agricultural and seasonal items, returns are limited, and refunds or replacements are evaluated on a case-by-case basis as outlined below.


 

Dahlia Tubers & Live Plant Material

Non-Returnable Items

  • Dahlia tubers and other live plants are non-returnable.

  • Once shipped, tubers cannot be returned because they are living, perishable items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

If you believe there is an issue with your tubers—such as:

  • Significant damage during transit

  • A clearly non-viable tuber

  • An incorrect variety received (based on the label marked on the tuber)

Please contact us at info@earthspokefarms.com within 7 days of delivery, including:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the tubers and packaging

If, after review, we determine that the issue qualifies, we may offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion, depending on availability and timing within the season.


 

Other Products (Non-Plant Items)

For non-perishable items (such as merchandise):

  • Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Return shipping instructions will be provided if a return is approved. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


 

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or incorrect upon arrival:

  • Live plants, tubers, or other perishable agricultural products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or special-order items


 

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing typically occurs within 10 business days

  • Additional time may be required for banks or credit card companies to post the refund


 

Shipping-Related Issues

EarthSpoke Farms is not responsible for delays or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, including but not limited to weather events or carrier delays. However, we will always review concerns submitted promptly and in good faith.
