This Shipping Policy explains how and when orders placed with EarthSpoke Farms are processed and shipped. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

General Shipping Information

All orders must be paid in full before they are processed or shipped. Shipping dates are estimates and may vary based on weather conditions, agricultural considerations, and carrier operations.

EarthSpoke Farms ships orders within the United States only. At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Dahlia Tuber Shipping (2026 Season)

Dahlia tubers are living plant material and must be shipped at the appropriate time to ensure their health and viability. For the 2026 season, all dahlia tubers are assigned to a dedicated shipping profile titled “2026 Dahlia Tubers.”

Flat-Rate Shipping

A $15 flat-rate shipping fee applies to all 2026 dahlia tuber orders.
Shipping costs are charged once per order, regardless of the number of tubers purchased.

Customer-Selected Shipping Windows

At checkout, customers will select one of the following shipping windows based on their local climate and frost risk:

Mid March 2026
Ideal for mild climates with low frost risk and soil that warms by early spring.
Mid April 2026
Suitable for most regions where the last frost typically occurs in mid spring.
Early May 2026
Best for cold climates or high elevations where frost extends into late spring.

These shipping windows are designed to help customers receive tubers at an appropriate planting time for their region.

Important Notes on Shipping Timing

Shipping dates are approximate, not guaranteed.
Actual shipment timing may be adjusted slightly to account for:

Weather conditions
Soil temperature considerations
Operational or carrier-related delays

EarthSpoke Farms reserves the right to delay shipment if we believe conditions are unsafe for tuber transit.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

Dahlia tubers are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Most orders are delivered within approximately 3 to 5 business days once shipped, depending on destination and carrier performance.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Weather, Agricultural, and Carrier Delays

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, EarthSpoke Farms is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Extreme or unseasonal weather
Postal service disruptions
Natural disasters
Carrier operational delays

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed, returned, or lost.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be re-shipped due to address errors.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship within the United States only.
Certain states or regions may have agricultural restrictions that affect delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that dahlia tubers may legally be shipped to their location.
